Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be refunded or rescheduled without charge.

Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.
